We sell personalised digital artwork — star maps, natal charts, zodiac prints and posters — delivered as downloadable files, plus related digital experiences. Products are for personal, non-commercial use.
Prices are shown in [GBP]. Payment is processed securely by PayPal; we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment completes.
After payment you receive a download link (and, where provided, an email). Files are generated to the details you enter, so please check them before purchase. It's your responsibility to download and keep your files.
Because our products are personalised digital goods made to your order and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. If your file is faulty or not as described, contact us within [14] days and we'll fix or re-issue it.
Gift cards are issued as a code redeemable against purchases on the site, valid for [12 months] from issue. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Promotional codes (such as email sign-up offers) are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited to one use per customer, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
All designs, templates and site content remain our property. On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your file for personal purposes; you may not resell or redistribute it.
